As of March 1, 2022, we will provide a 100% money back guarantee on eligible refundable orders. (Please see eligible refunds policy terms below).


It is our goal to provide an easy, hassle-free customer service experience.
Customers are entitled to a refund or exchange for a FULL 60 day period from the date the original order was placed.
Exchanges will not be accepted after 60 days from the original purchase date.
Subscribe & Save: There are no refunds, only merchandise exchanges with exception to your first initial sign-up order. Once a recurring shipment is sent out, the package is non-refundable and can only be used towards a company credit. Please refer to the Subscribe & Save terms and conditions for more information.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY TERMS


All returns and/or exchanges must be pre-authorized by a Unimed International customer service representative. A RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is obtained by calling our customer service department at 1-800-754-6211 (1-800-754-6211) between the hours of 9am- 6pm EST Monday through Friday. A RMA is not needed for an exchange.
We will provide you with a free return shipping label so there is no extra cost to you. Excludes Canada orders.
We ship orders only within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
All shipping and handling fees (where applicable) are not refundable.
You must return ALL products, USED & UNUSED to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will not be processed without the original products that were purchased.
Any merchandise returned for a refund without a RMA number will not be processed.
Refused and Return to Sender packages are not eligible for a refund without first calling for a RMA number.
RMA numbers expire within 15 days of issuance. Merchandise must be received within 15 days of the date to receive a credit or a refund.
IMPORTANT: Half price promotions, preferred customer pricing, other special event sales or promotions may have different return policies. Please review carefully.
